Where You Can Be Part of Something Bigger
If you love working with kids and are open to learning, SPARKS could be the place for you. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking for a more meaningful path, we offer an opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child’s life. If you’re curious, hands-on, and enjoy engaging with kids — even if it means getting down on the floor, playing games, and having fun without worrying about looking silly — then you’ll fit right in.
At SPARKS, we believe that every interaction, no matter how small, can lead to lasting change. Here, you’ll be part of a team that values your contributions and supports your growth every step of the way.
Who We Are
At SPARKS, we provide top-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed. As part of LEARN Behavioral, a national leader in autism therapy, we stay connected to the local communities we serve. We focus on creating personalized treatment plans for each child. If you’re ready to be part of a team that makes a real difference, SPARKS is the place where you can grow, learn, and help children reach their full potential.
